To make your application process as easy as possible, please follow the instructions below.
If, at any time, you have questions or are having any difficulty with this process, please feel free to contact the property manager at manager@harborhousewest.com.
Within the next couple days, you will receive an email invitation from TransUnion SmartMove to approve and initiate a background check. The invitation will be sent to the email address(es) you have provided in your application. You will pay the fee of $48.00 directly to TransUnion. A separate background check is required for each applicant.
Once completed, the background check will be sent to the property manager who will provide it to the Board as part of your application packet.
Once your application is complete, the Board will review and approve the application. When approved, you will be notified and sent a couple required forms to sign.

A new owner orientation with the property manager is required before moving in. The property manager will reach out to schedule this orientation. You can also contact the property manager at any time at manager@harborhousewest.com.
